Souvenir of Canada (Robin Neinstein)

This is a sort of documentary version of Douglas Coupland's photo essay book Souvenir of Canada. Loving tribute to the quirky and unique inconography of the great white north. Coupland is the star and narrator of the film. Much of it is inspired by and in tribute to his father, a "true Canadian". Funny and a tiny bit pretentious. was a co-prod of the CBC and the NFB. Great nostaligia for those that grew up in Canadia, eh. Pictured above are Coupland and the film's director Robin Neinstein.
